The Contemporary Dance Program is an opportunity for students to become more versatile dancers by exploring strength and subtlety in a non-classical dance genre. Students work on becoming grounded through floor work and inversions, reaching beyond their kinesphere, creating movement through improvisation, and exploring parallel versus turned-out alignment.
