Our goal at The Philadelphia Dance Academy is to provide exceptional dance training in a professional and positive environment. We view each student as an individual and aim to ensure he or she reaches maximum potential. Students are placed in appropriate training programs and taught by a professional, experienced faculty.
Our programs prioritize refined technique, dancer wellness, and artistic development. We offer: Early Childhood Dance, Primary and Pre-Professional Ballet Programs, a Boys Scholarship Program, Theater Dance, Adult/Teen Recreational Classes, and Pilates.
This school year runs Monday, September 8, 2014 through Sunday, June 7, 2015. Fall and Spring Semester are each 18 weeks long, for a total of 36 weeks.
See our Calendar page for holiday closings and other important dates.
Thank you to everyone who attended our 5th annual production of the Nutcracker this past weekend! We are extremely proud of our student cast members, and we think the show was even better than last year.
And, as icing to an already delicious gingerbread-y cake, we sold more tickets than ever before, achieving an 87% capacity!
Thank you for showing up and supporting our students as they learn about performance and professionalism.
